I know what it’s like to be the strong one. The fixer. The one who “knows better” and keeps holding it together anyway.

That’s why I do this work. Because therapy isn’t about being good—it’s about being honest. About unlearning the old stories and reclaiming the parts of you that were hidden, silenced, or shamed.

I created this practice to be a space where the black sheep, the deep feelers, and the purpose-weary can finally put it all down.
